Construction Stormwater Permits

Application and SWMP guidance document - construction

Stormwater construction application status

  • Updated weekly.  Check the status applications under the Stormwater Construction Permit received in the previous month.

Stormwater construction database file   As of October 1, 2009

  • Database in Excel file contains a  list of all active certifications under the CDPS Stormwater Construction Permits. The list is updated monthly.  Information may not reflect amendments to the permit certification submitted to the division. Amendment information is maintained by the permittee and in our permit file. In some cases the information listed under city will reflect a city or unincorporated place near the project and not the actual municipal boundaries the project is located within.
  •  Database as PDF document lists all active permits. It is a very large file. Printing it is not recommended.

R-factor waiver

  • For sites disturbing less than five acres and meeting the R-Factor requirements.  In general, the waiver is for sites that will be completed and stabilized in a few months and during dry times of the year. Sites that will be seeded for final stabilization will generally not qualify.
