construction is complete and the site is stabilized, an Inactivation
Form must be sent as soon as possible.
Blank Renewal Application -
permittees may use this blank form if they have not received a renewal
application from the state ISSUANCE OF COR900000
CDPS General Permit for
Stormwater Discharges Associated
Certifications are being issued now with the intent to complete by the July 1, 2012
effective date. This means certifications will be mailed to permittees between March 15 and July 1. Some may be mailed later
than July 1, Permit coverage continues under the current permit(s)
until permittee receives the new certification. Please read the General Permit (below) for requirements that will be in effect July 1. Other compliance assistance materials can be found under the Commerce and Industry Sector.
