Maternal and Child Health Block Grant
The 2012 grant was submitted to the Maternal and Child Health Bureau on July 15, 2011.
Maternal and Child Health (MCH) Block Grant funds are directed toward improving the health of mothers and children. This grant application requests federal funds from Title V of the Social Security Act for October 1, 2010 through September 30, 2012.
Colorado conducted a 5-year needs assessment in
2010 and identified a new set of MCH Priorities for FY2011-2015.
