Advisory Council on Adolescent Health
The Colorado Advisory Council on Adolescent Health is an interdisciplinary, dynamic group of adolescent health experts and community advocates who are dedicated to improving the health and well-being of all Colorado adolescents. Members provide their advice and expertise to educate and inform the Colorado Department of Public Health and Environment, along with other state-level initiatives. The Council was commissioned in 1982 by the Department to provide guidance on priorities and use of resources to improve the health and well-being of Colorado’s young people. The Council also educates and informs the public and advocates for policies and programs affecting all youth in Colorado. |
