We care about your privacy. The Colorado Department of Public Health and
Environment has a responsibility to protect the health information of
Colorado citizens. We collect personal health information to improve the
publics’ health and wellbeing. All medical records are held in strict
confidence.
The Privacy Office of the Colorado Department of Public Health and
