Subcommittee Meetings

Executive Subcommittee 

The Executive Subcommittee is composed of the Chairperson, Vice Chairperson, and the Director of the Colorado Tobacco Education, Prevention and Cessation Program.  Issues addressed by the Executive Subcommittee may include but are not limited to the formation of meeting agendas, the preparation of meeting materials and responses to public inquiries.  The current subcommittee members are: Jennifer Ludwig, Chair; Jeffrey Wagener, MD, Vice Chair; and Celeste Schoenthaler.

Standing Meeting Schedule:   The standing meeting schedule for 2012 is the second Thursday of each month at 10:00 a.m. to 11:30 a.m., except for June when the subcommittee will meet on the first Thursday.   

Location: Meetings are held at the Colorado Department of Public Health and Environment (CDPHE), in the main building (Building A), unless otherwise noted. The address is 4300 Cherry Creek Drive South, Denver, 80246.

Audio Conference: The subcommittee meetings are open to the public and one can attend in-person.  An audio conferencing option is not provided for these subcommittee meetings. 

Strategic Plan Work Group 2011-2012

The Executive Subcommittee has convened a work group to continue the efforts to update the tobacco strategic plan that were begun in 2009.  Work group members include (as of January 2012):  Nita Henry, Cindy Liverance, Bob Doyle, Jennifer Ludwig, Celeste Schoenthaler, Jason Vahling, and Arnold Levinson.
