Colorado Health Information Dataset (COHID)

North American Association of Central Cancer Registries (NAACCR)
Cancer incidence statistics for about 35 states and all Canadian provinces and cancer mortality for all 50 states and all Canadian provinces.

Surveillance, Epidemiology and End Results (SEER program at National Cancer Institute)
Cancer incidence and survival statistics for the SEER area which covers about 14% of the U.S. Also has mortality rates for all 50 states.

American Cancer Society (ACS)
Statistics regarding cancer mortality over time, expected cancers by state, and cancer risk factors. Also has much information regarding screening, early detection, treatment, etc.

American College of Surgeons (ACOS) and National Cancer Database(NCDB)
The NCDB is the data management system for hospitals and programs approved by the Commission on Cancer (COC). It is co-sponsored by the American College of Surgeons (ACOS) and the American Cancer Society (ACS). NCDB data helps physicians, cancer registrars and hospital administrators improve the management of care for cancer patients and comparative studies produced from the data serve as both a quality assessment tool and an agent for quality improvement in oncology care.

National Cancer Registrars Association (NCRA)
The NCRA promotes research and education in Cancer Registry administration and practice. It establishes standards of education for cancer registrars, disseminates information regarding current activities, research and trends in cancer, aims to improve and standardize cancer registry information and seeks active liaison with professional and governmental organizations which utilize cancer registry data.

Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDCP)
Includes National Program of Cancer Registries (NPCR) and statistical summaries of cancer burdens by state.
