Cancer in Colorado, 1995-2005: Incidence and Mortality by County is a publication of the Colorado Central Cancer Registry, Colorado Department of Public Health and Environment, which reports statewide, population-based cancer incidence and mortality data.

This report contains information on data sources and collection, and technical notes explaining the statistical methods used. Data describing Colorado statewide incidence, early detection, and mortality statistics are presented for all cancers combined and eight additional major cancers for 2000-2004 and 2005 (see links below).

The same data for the counties and for Colorado Planning and Management Regions (PMRs) are presented for 1995-1999,
2000-2002 and 2003-2005. Additional tables present statewide 1995-2005 incidence counts and rates for over 70 detailed cancer sites by year and 1995-2005 mortality counts and rates for 30 selected cancers by year. All statewide, county, and PMR rates are age-adjusted and displayed by gender. All statewide rates are also displayed by race/ethnicity.
