  • NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING BEFORE THE COLORADO AIR QUALITY CONTROL COMMISSION to consider the Pikes Peak Area Council of Governments (PPACG) conformity determinations associated with its 2035 Moving Forward Regional Transportation Plan and 2012-2017 Transportation Improvement Program.

  • NOTICE OF PUBLIC RULEMAKING HEARING BEFORE THE COLORADO AIR QUALITY CONTROL COMMISSION to consider revisions to Regulation Number 9 regarding a periodic update in each permittees recent emissions and permitting activity data. This data is used to determine the distribution of the cost of the smoke management program to each permittee.

  • NOTICE OF PUBLIC RULEMAKING HEARING BEFORE THE COLORADO AIR QUALITY CONTROL COMMISSION to consider streamlining the transportation conformity process by allowing the Colorado Air Pollution Control Division to provide concurrence with routine transportation conformity determinations without the need for a public hearing before the Colorado Air Quality Control Commission.  This change to the conformity process is allowed for under federal law and will reduce the burden on the AQCC, the Division and transportation planning organizations, while ensuring that air quality requirements are met.  The Commission will consider proposed revisions to the AQCC’s Regulation Number 10 and the Procedural Rules, governing conformity determinations in Colorado.

  • NOTICE OF PUBLIC RULEMAKING HEARING BEFORE THE COLORADO AIR QUALITY CONTROL COMMISSION to consider a proposed revision to the Interstate Transport State Implementation Plan (SIP) for the 2006 PM2.5 standard.  This revision is a supplement to previously-approved chapters of the Interstate Transport SIP that the Commission approved in January 2010 and December 2008, which focused on the 1997 ozone and PM2.5 standards.

  • NOTICE OF PUBLIC RULEMAKING HEARING BEFORE THE COLORADO AIR QUALITY CONTROL COMMISSION to consider a proposed revised PM10 Maintenance Plan for the Steamboat Springs Attainment/Maintenance Area.  Approval of the associated documents by both the City of Steamboat Springs and Routt County is anticipated by December 2011.  Additionally, a change to the “Air Quality Standards – Air Quality Standards, Designations and Emission Budgets” regulation is proposed to update the PM10 emission budget for the Steamboat Springs area.
