Recycling Rebates Program

NOW AVAILABLE -- RECYCLING REBATE APPLICATIONS FOR GLASS RECYCLING AND PUBLIC RECYCLING DROP-OFF SITES

The Colorado Department of Public Health and Environment (CDPHE), working through its Pollution Prevention Advisory Board and the Assistance Committee to the board, requests applications from entities wishing to claim recycling rebates from the Recycling Resources Economic Opportunity (RREO) Fund. Links to the rebate applications are provided below.

The total dollar amount for the rebate period covering July 1, 2011 through December 31, 2011 is approximately $197,000. For this round, the rebate is split 50:50 between container-to-container glass recycling and free public recycling drop-off site programs.]

February 1, 2012	Application Released
February 29, 2012, 3:00 pm	Application Due Date
March 1 - March 13, 2012	Application Review by Assistance Committee
March 27, 2012	Board to Approve Rebate Recommendations
April 17, 2012	Estimated Rebate Payment Date

Rebates will be awarded on a semi-annual basis. Separate notices and applications will be issued for rebates every six months.
