Medical Marijuana Rulemaking Hearing Comments

Hearing date: July 20, 2009

The Board of Health strongly encourages persons who would like to comment on the proposed changes for the Medical Marijuana Registry Program rules to submit their comments in writing. At the discretion of the Chair, oral testimony at the hearing may be limited to five minutes or less, depending on the number of persons wishing to comment. Additionally, the Chair may limit duplicative or repetitive testimony.

These proposed rules are the same as those previously published on February 10, 2009. Persons that previously submitted written comments should not resubmit those comments. All written comments received since the original February 10, 2009 notice of rulemaking will be provided to the Board for consideration.

Written materials not previously provided shall be submitted no later than May 15, 2009 to allow the Board sufficient time to review the comments prior to the hearing. Please submit any new comments by e-mail at cdphe.MedicalMarijuanaRegulations@state.co.us by May 15, 2009.
