Citizens' Advocate

The Citizens' Advocate for the Colorado Department of Public Health and Environment can be reached via e-mail. 

The department's Citizens' Advocate is part of the Governor's Advocate Corps, established to help the citizens of Colorado obtain information and solve specific problems.  The corps consists of representatives from each state agency.
