Colorado Voluntary Cleanup Program

The Voluntary Cleanup and Redevelopment program was created
in 1994. The objective of the program is to facilitate the
redevelopment and transfer of contaminated properties. The
program provides timely (45 days) review of cleanup plans
submitted by property owners. Cleanup decisions are based on
existing standards and the proposed use of the property. The
actual cleanup and verification is the owner's responsibility.
