Records Review
Most radiation management and solid and hazardous waste files are
available for public review under the Colorado Open Records Act (CORA)
in the Hazardous Materials and Waste Management Division Records Center.
Business Hours: 8 a.m. - 12 p.m. and 1 p.m. - 5 p.m., Monday through Friday
Division Colorado Open Records Act Policy
Please contact the Records Center to
request a file review. Requests can be submitted in writing by
letter, fax or email, or by telephone.
Division CORA Request Form
All requests must include the following information:
Date of request
Company name
Requester's name
Requester's telephone number
Company address
AND
Site name or residing company for review
Site street address
City, zip code, county
Aliases, if any
At the time of the review, all requestors will be required to provide
photo identification such as a Driver's License or state photo ID prior to the review. The
ID will be returned when the review is completed. The reviewer may take notes, bring tape recording devices, and/or portable
computers. Outside photocopiers are not allowed.
