Large quantity generators of hazardous waste and RCRA permitted or interim status treatment, storage or disposal (TSD) facilities are required to fill out a biennial Hazardous Waste Report on even numbered years according to the Colorado Hazardous Waste Regulations 6 CCR 1007-3 Section 262.41 for large quantity generators, and 264.75 or 265.75 for TSD facilities.  The 2011 Hazardous Waste Report is due March 16, 2012. 

Colorado Instructions replace EPA Instructions regarding reporting wastewater, exempt managed waste streams and exempt regulated units on the GM Form.  Special reporting instructions are also included for Waste  Minimization (WM Form), the Site Form and the OI Form.
