Home and Community Based Services: Day Treatment for Persons with Brain Injury

This program provides intensive therapeutic services to persons with brain injury in a non-residential setting.  Services are scheduled on a regular basis for two or more hours per day, one or more days per week and directed at the ongoing development of community living skills.  Services include physical, occupational, speech, and cognitive therapies.
