Home and Community Based Services: Children with Autism

This program provides services for children birth through age five with a medical diagnosis of autism who are at risk of institutionalization in either an intermediate care facility for the developmentally disabled, a hospital or a nursing facility.  Services, which are provided in the child’s home or community, include  case management as well as rehabilitative and behavioral therapies.
