Emergency Planning Resources Toolkits

Hazard Analysis Toolkit

This toolkit is designed to help health care facilities in Colorado conduct a quick, easy hazard analysis of their facility. The packet of information is intended for use in conjunction with the development of the facility's emergency operations plan. It may also be used as an orientation to emergency planning for the facility's staff.

The toolkit is divided into several sections. The facility may download the entire toolkit in one file (recommended), or each section is available to download separately. The worksheets are also available for individual download.

The toolkit is designed for completion in its entirety. Each section relies on the other sections to be complete. Facilities may choose to fill out the worksheets electronically by downloading the file in Microsoft Excel or Microsoft Word format. If so, the worksheets will self-calculate.
