Evacuation Development Toolkit

This toolkit is designed to help health care facilities in Colorado develop the Basic Plan contents for their Emergency Operations Plan. A Basic Plan provides the general picture of a facility's intended response to a disaster. The toolkit offers a series of checklists to help the facility's collaborative planning team develop the Basic Plan. Facilities that already have a Basic Plan should read through the toolkit and be sure the existing plan meets the same guidelines offered in the toolkit. There are several samples available for download.

The toolkit is designed for completion in entirety. Each section relies on the other sections to be complete.
