Community Mental Health Centers

These facilities are dually regulated by the Colorado Department of Human Services (DHS) and the Colorado Department of Public Health and Environment pursuant to Section 27-10-128, C.R.S. 

Community Mental Health Centers  provide the following services for the mentally ill: 

• outpatient services
• inpatient services
• partial hospitalization
• emergency care services
• consultative and educational services

Community mental health clinics are not licensed by the division. They provide outpatient services and consultative services.
