Volunteering
The Colorado Department of Public Health and
Environment (CDPHE) curreently manages a statewide volunteer
database, the Colorado Volunteer Mobilizer (CVM)
for medical and public health professionals. Additionally
CDPHE
will provide required training for participating
medical professionals and non-medical personnel
so that they are able to respond safely and
effectively to disasters.
If you are interested in participating as an
emergency medical or public health professional

Responding to an emergency that affects the
entire community requires people with diverse
skills and backgrounds. Both medical and
non-medical personnel are needed.
