State Emergency Medical and Trauma Services Advisory Council (SEMTAC)The State Emergency Medical and Trauma Services Advisory Council is made up of 25 Governor-appointed members and 7 non-voting (ex-officio) members representing the interests of Colorado citizens and emergency medical services providers across Colorado.
