Participate in data collection using the MATRIX

• Download a Letter of Intent, fill it out, and email it to cdphe.hfemsdata@state.co.us.

• Receive a username and password via email within 2-3 business days.

• The first time you log in - You will need to change your password before you get started. Remember to record your new password and ID for future visits.

The MATRIX uses the web form and the state XML standard file format upload to the state web site in order to capture the 67 NEMSIS 2.2.1 national-level data elements. The MATRIX provides state data analysis, reports, and data download to individual agencies and RETACs.
