Tutorial: Getting Started

Your site must complete the CIIS implementation process before staff members can gain access to the immunization registry. Does your site have a signed Letter of Agreement on file with the Colorado Immunization Information System? If not, contact the CIIS Coordinator in your county to begin the enrollment process.

If your site is participating in the Colorado Immunization Information System but you do not yet have access to CIIS, you must complete a Login Request form and fax it to the CIIS office. Once your information is entered into the web application and after CIIS staff has contacted you for a unique password, you can access CIIS. To get started, simply double-click on the CIIS icon on your desktop. Forgot the link to the secure CIIS site? Contact your CIIS Site Administrator or the CIIS Help Desk for assistance.
