In order to be trained on manual data entry into the Colorado Immunization Information System, your site must have a signed Letter of Agreement on file with CIIS. If this is not the case, please contact the CIIS Coordinator in your county to begin the enrollment process.

Is your office ready to implement the Reports and Recall functions of the Colorado Immunization Information System? Reports and Recall require additional access and training. Please contact your CIIS Coordinator to schedule training.
