Health Workbook

Dear Coloradan: The Colorado Department of Public Health and Environment Disease Control and Environmental Epidemiology Division compiled a HIV Health Workbook for persons with HIV infection. Persons infected with HIV are referred to the Health Workbook primarily through HIV counseling and testing sites. The purpose of the workbook is to empower persons to take an active role in their health care, stay healthier longer, and prevent the transmission of HIV infection. The intended goal for the Health Workbook is its direct use by persons who are HIV infected. It may also be used as a reference. For further information, contact Nancy Wolff at 303-692-2746.
