Colorado Communicable Disease
Manual
Last updated January 23 , 2008
In an effort
to provide local health partners
comprehensive guidance for the investigation
and control of communicable diseases in
Colorado, the CDPHE Communicable Disease
Epidemiology Program is creating the
Colorado Communicable Disease Manual (CD).
In general, these chapters pertain to
sporadic cases of reportable conditions.
Additional
chapters and supplemental forms will be
added as they are completed.
For disease
control information in settings such as
child care centers, camps, and long-term
care facilities
more information can be found at the
Communicable Disease Guidelines page.
