Regional Haze White Paper  
This paper outlines history and background of regional haze planning and presents options for Colorado's approach in developing a Regional Haze State Implementation Plan.

Attainment/Maintenance Plans for Colorado Communities
Access to the air quality plans developed for Colorado cities and communities that have historically violated the federal National Ambient Air Quality Standards. The plans give information about the sources and amounts of air pollution, how the pollution will be controlled, and how the community will attain and meet air quality standards into the future.

Colorado Asphalt Paving Association/Compliance Assurance Asphalt Project Mid-Term Industry Report , March 2002  This report covers efforts of a compliance assurance (Compass) project with the asphalt paving industry. (38 pages, 125K PDF format, )
