Overview

Many small businesses may not fully understand environmental regulations and may not have the resources to hire an environmental specialist.  The Colorado Small Business Assistance Program (SBAP) is available to help with compliance support, education, outreach, and advocacy at no cost to the business.

The Small Business Assistance Program is part of the Colorado Department of Public Health and Environment's Air Pollution Control Division.  The SBAP team is available to answer your questions on environmental compliance issues.  We provide multi-media compliance assistance with an emphasis on air emission reporting and permitting requirements.  Our services are free and confidential. Refer to our Confidentiality Policy for details.

Our Mission

To serve the small business community of Colorado by providing free and confidential support, education, outreach, and advocacy to help small businesses achieve and maintain compliance with environmental regulations.
