| Stakeholder Process to Modify the Regulations |
A stakeholder process will be conducted to modify the Waste Grease Regulations as a result of the passage of Senate Bill 12-077.
Section 18 of the Regulations Pertaining to Solid Waste Sites and Facilities require transporters of waste grease, facilities that collect, store, process, or dispose of waste grease, and individuals who collect or transport waste grease for personal use (other than for use as biofuel) to register with the Colorado Department of Public Health and Environment.
