Section 9 Waste Impoundment Regulations

A hearing on revised Section 9 - Waste Impoundments was held on February 21, 2012 before the Colorado Solid and Hazardous Waste Commission.  Regulations were adopted and became effective on March 30, 2012.  The new regulations are also available at http://www.cdphe.state.co.us/regulations/solidwaste/index.html .
