  In this document, CDPHE has summarized the RAP requirements and work performed to date for easier reference.  Although CDPHE previously contemplated updating the RAP to reflect completed activities, and possibly revising the RAP to better reflect recent license amendments, based on public comments this is no longer being considered.  The RAP will remain in its original form, and the summary document will simply provide local citizens with an easy reference of RAP requirements and activities.
